Tiny home nearby is also available, but with an additional cost which is dependent upon the usage for the approximately 400 sq. ft. building. If the renters choose not to utilize that space, it will remain vacant. Prior to scheduling an appointment to view the rental, interested parties must provide proof of qualifying credit score (670+). All applicants must have the following: no prior evictions, good rental history and clean background check. No smoking anywhere on property. Located on Anthony Road in Valley Center.
