This 1 bedroom / 1 bath apartment is clean and ready to go with heat and A/C and plenty of space inside compared to many single bedroom units.

We have a laundry room on-site and the landlord pays for water and hot water, trash, landscaping and uses an easy online payment system.

We do accept most pets with approval and additional pet fees.

No smoking in the units. If you have an eviction or debts owed to past landlords, you will need a co-signer.
