Our 1 bedroom / 1 bath apartments are clean, with heat and A/C and plenty of space inside compared to many single-bedroom units.
The landlord pays for water, trash, and landscaping and uses an easy online payment and maintenance request system that simplifies your life as a tenant.
We do accept pets with approval and additional pet fees.
No smoking in the units.
We are currently offering 6-month Leases
