An over sized single car detached garage will give you extra storage space. Washer and Dryer hook-ups are inside the unit. A fenced yard for your enjoyment completes this home. Tenant pays all utilities including, water/sewer, electric and garbage. Tenant is also responsible for yard care. Smoking is permitted outside only.

We require a valid ID, and a $50.00 cash only deposit upon checkout. We do not provide change.     "There’s a walking/bike path that goes a few miles. Starting near shopping and bus lines it goes around parks and school, even a tennis court. Lots of grass along the way for your dog to relieve himself. Most people are decent enough to clean it up. The path ends up over near a river and a new path that runs another direction along nature area with wildlife for your dog to bark at. "
