"Milton is a great up and coming town. It's not far from a gas station or grocery store but you can travel a couple miles and be in a remote part of the town. it's a good place to raise children. the schools are good."

"Very animal friendly neighborhood. Almost every house has a decent sized yard. Many dogs are walked in my neighbirhood and surrounding ones. If anyone sees a stray they try to help get them home. Animal control is great here."

"I live in Milton which I consider to be one of the nicer communities in Vermont because of its forward thinking and that the town is always thinking of the citizens of Milton in building new businesses and community type atmosphere."

"We have lived in this area for 47 years. It is ideal for raising a family because both elementary and high schools are a 5 - 7 minute walk away. The elementary school is on the same street. No need to transport kids to activities. Shopping center with supermarket is also within walking distance. Town amenities include a recreation park, municipal building with excellent public library, Family Practice Medical Facility, state of the art fire and rescue facilities and fully staffed police force. A short drive to beautiful Lake Champlain and Burlington. "

"live here -its a great community they always pull together when someone is in need. Lots going on at the Rec park, there are tennis courts in walking distance its on the CCTA bus route and special services transportation runs through her also. You have a grocery store, 2 hardware stores, dentist, doctors, really no reasons to leave the town on the weekend!! "
