"There areahas changed quite a bit it has become a high rent area with slum lords that dont care about the renters, the apt complex hare gotten on board with bully tow truck companies to steal renters cars an charge awful fees for tow an storage so they can lien sale residents cars,it lookslike a kick back car scam, the taggers are writing on the walls over here an our roads within the streets need to be be fixed its just not the same , cars an homes also things are being stolen "
