Room Description

The room is large and spacious, with two large windows. It is furnished with a twin bed, desk, small dresser, and TV. It is located beside the shared bathroom. The living room is large and has bay windows. We do not use the living room much so you would have that space mostly to yourself. The kitchen is open to use. We have a large backyard.

No smoking inside. No drinking or drugs. No other people over to the house. Clean up behind yourself.
Keep your room clean and help keep common areas clean(bathroom kitchen dining room living room laundry room) we will rent on a month to month basis or longer terms.

Housemate Description

My husband and I are a quiet couple. We work all week and enjoy our time on the weekends. We enjoy hiking. We are early risers. Our roommate Theresa keeps to herself. She works all week and stays to herself on weekends.

    "Great area. Wyatt Oaks is a safe and quiet area. Friendly people and nice houses. Big yards. Been here 18 years and never had a problem. The schools are great and there are many great places to eat, not far from all kinds of shopping and I-85. Atlanta is about 2.5 hours away and Greenville is about 15 minutes! Lots of great things to do!"

    "I’ve lived in this community for 3 years. Most people want to keep it nice but there are a few that do not. Their yards are a mess and houses could definitely be kept up. Lots of loose cats and dogs which gets annoying. And some kids are rowdy."
