* The property owner may be provided a copy of applicants credit report and application. All applications are subject to owner approval.
* Multiple applications may be accepted on a single property simultaneously.
* We do welcome some pets into some of our homes, on a case by case basis.
* A $350 non-refundable pet fee (per pet) is required. Maximum pets allowed is 2.

* If the application is approved, the security deposit must be paid within 48 hours of approval. If not received, we will move forward with additional applications.
