  • Ladywiggleworm
"The HOA has event in summer around July 4th. I am not sure about other events as they're usually not inclusive of renters."
  • Jesse8788
"The safety for this area is good. Have not seen any crimes and it’s safe to walk at nights. The streets are dark but it’s safe over all. "
  • sberger c.
"This is a great neighborhood to live in. Safety (Good) only because this is not a gated community. Other than that, it has been safe. Restaurants & Shopping (Poor) because there is very little in this area, though it is growing. Traffic (Aveage) because Custer was just enlarged, increased traffic, and poor lighting. Entertainment & Nightlife (Terrible) because there is none. Overall, however, this is a very good neighborhood to live in, just know that there is still some growth potential. We have been residents here since 2005."
