Large covered front porch across front of the apartment. Private courtyard area behind fence. Two bedrooms, living room, washer dryer hookups, third room could be dining room, office or third bedroom with no closet, kitchen, and bathroom. Free street parking. Parking in lot available for monthly fee.

No smoking. First months rent and deposit due at signing. Street parking with optional rest parking through a different company who owns the back lot. All lawn care included.
