About this House

OPEN HOUSE 17 MARCH, 1-4 PM
SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED ON SIGNING LEASE

Heavenly views at a down-to-earth price!

A beautiful, tranquil escape from the busy-ness of the world!
Large, beautiful, custom-built single-family home with three plate glass windows overlooking the mountains and valleys. This is a home like no other. It is situated 4 miles off the I-15 freeway, between San Diego and Temecula, with quick access to Vista and the coast.

The three custom-designed outdoor patios include a panoramic private patio encompassing the entire back of the house, a side patio with an outside dining table, numerous chairs, an open fire pit, and a barbecue area. Included is another common patio, which we call the Mediterranean garden which faces the front south side with an 80 view.

The large master bedroom, off the west-side of the house, has room for a king-size bed which will then face a two-sided gas fireplace that warms not only the bedroom but also provides the right ambiance for the large hot tub with pulsating jets in the master bath. The luxury doesn't stop there. There is also a custom walk-in closet (with Elfa organization drawers and racks), a walk-in shower, two sinks and a separate toilet room. Want to top off the night? Step out onto the private patio that offers breathtaking views beyond the private sliding glass doors off the master bedroom suite, one may even be able to see snow-capped mountains in the distance during the right time of the year.

This one-of-a-kind home with alder wood floors throughout most of the house along with travertine tile in working areas and kitchen, offers an additional bonus room , a half-bath powder room, a large great room with three distinct spaces, which include a crafting room, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a viewing room to take in the breathtaking skyscape. The custom-built kitchen is a chef's delight, which includes a separate island with its own sink, and a separate mini bar, all with granite countertops and backsplashes. There is also a separate walk-in pantry within reach that houses additional food items and dry goods and large kitchen appliances.

Semi-furnished, if desired (spaces are large)

If the bedroom is not used by another member of the house, do you have guests who want to stay overnight? Why put them in a hotel when they can listen to the water fountain just beyond their picturesque bedroom window? They can sleep in comfort in the large bedroom off the east-side hallway, which has its own private bath, walk-in shower, and floor-to-ceiling alder wood cabinetry.

There is plenty of parking in the expansive driveway. However, this rental also includes access to garage parking and storage. The garage has hookups for a washer and dryer. There is plenty of open land, and there are no "containing" fences, so it is suggested that your pets be leashed.

There is a small apartment on the backside of the house, which is occupied by the property manager, who takes care of any issues regarding the house and the common grounds. They have their own private entrance and their own space that does not encroach on your private area. They have access to the outdoor dining area near the round cement table in the barbecue area and the large, shared patio, which overlooks the view. They will not use the private patio, which runs the entire back (view side) of the house, which is your private domain.

There is a gardening shed, also available to gardener, a raised garden to plant your own vegetables, and a large tool shed, usage to be negotiated.

2 large bedrooms both with walk in closets, separated from each other, with the great rooms and chef's kitchen in-between. There is a bonus room which is presently used for a TV room and office, however can be made into a child's bedroom. Essentially, it is only 2 bedroom house with a bonus room.
