"Very family oriented and surrounded by nature. You can buy some land or live in a nice brand new development. I like driving by and seeing cows. Frogs, birds and alligators can be seen in most neighborhoods. Schools are good In this areas most of them are pretty new. "

"My neighborhood is too far from the beach. That’s the only downside. The environment is safe, the schools are good and the people are friendly. Wesley Chapel, at least where I am, is very close to 275 and 75. This allows me to get around Tampa quicker than the average citizen. So the commute is not a complaint that I have. "
