The home is located close to providence hospitals, ocean marina, navel base and downtown. This area or Port Gardner has low crime statistics and great walking neighborhood with corner market footsteps away. The home is situated with only one neighbor overlooking forgotten creek forest trail and partial ocean views. A true sanctuary "treehouse" feel that stays cool during the summer. Newly remodeled main floor bathrooms and kitchen. The two bedrooms (half bath attached to master bedroom), 3rd bedroom is smaller so you can converted to office or keep as room with room for 1 twin bed if needed, open concept dining/ living room, modern kitchen with quartz countertop and laundry access on site downstairs. $2800 is rent + tenant responsible to pay for use of the utilities (internet, water sewage, garbage, gas, electric (landlord will pay first $50/month of electric bill and $45 of internet bill and tenant is responsible for anything above). The average is about (300-350/ month) on top of rent. This is a great rental situation for medical professionals and military families working in area or the navel base. The rent does not most of the utilities bills like electric, garbage, water, sewer, gas, internet, the home is set up as smart home, home locks with security cameras outside and alarm I will pay first $100/month of electric bill and $45 internet bill tenant will pay difference over that. Tenant is responsible for first $50.00 cost of any maintenance or repair and landlord will cover remaining. This rental is an unfurnished home. You just need to move your stuff in and make it your own. The pictures are of how I furnished it so you can see what it looks like with furnishings. Im open to consider small med size breed dogs that are hypoallergenic with pet rent/deposit. I have very serious allergic reaction to certain long hair dogs and cats so let's talk about your pet. For some reason no issues with golden retrievers last 2 tenants had them. Will require approval credit report, background check, rental references, proof of employment/income for consideration prior to signing of lease. Proof of rental insurance required before move in. Two tandem parking available on right side of driveway or street parking, no smoking or vaporizing inside residence. This is an only main floor upstairs unit about 1700- 1800 square feet.
The basement bedroom living area and garage are not available for use or to be used by renter other than laundry facilities (still in process of being remodeled. I still access that unit for stuff in storage and will use separate entrance so you will have your privacy. You are welcome to enjoy gardening in raised beds if you have a green thumb.

Located parallel to Broadway and Colby this street runs from the Everett Stadium, home of the Auquasox baseball, and the Court house on the North end. The Comcast Arena is within walking distance as well as the downtown area which has been revitalized in the past few years. The Everett Clinic as well as many professional business' are all withing walking distance. Many at the Clinic and Courthouse use Rockefeller to walk during lunches and Kiwanis Park is a good spot for a sit down lunch. Local food is varied and there are lots of ethnic choices including Thai, Mexican, Italian, Irish, Chinese and American fair. "
