A back door leads to a beautiful covered patio perfect for BBQing and watching the amazing Arizona sun sets, or the horse training next door. Covered parking is next to the front entrance. There is also a separate storage room with a washer and dryer.
The tenant is responsible for electric. The landlord will pay water, trash, and internet.
Pet permitted with a pet deposit.
