Sullivan's Island and the Ravenel bridge are only a bike ride away and great ways to enjoy exercise year round.
One of the loved features of the home is the wrap around porches that overlook both Pitt and Morrison Streets. They allow for quiet morning coffees, wine nights with friends, and outdoor dinner parties. The outdoor living space includes a bed swing, rocking chairs, custom outdoor dining table (seats 10-12), and plenty of additional space for creating and playing. The desk spaces can be easily transformed into reading/relaxing nooks (depending on your need). This home has all you need plus more. It is a family home so all the linens, kitchen, and bathrooms will be stocked. Just bring your clothes and favorite items to quickly settle in to enjoy Old Village living.
In addition to the outside space, there is a flourishing hobby garden for guests to harvest from or tend.
There is a 6-seat- street legal golf cart that will be stored on site. Guests will not have access to the boat or golf cart unless additional rental fees, liability waivers, and insurance are agreed upon.
In addition, a full 100 gallon gas tank, bi-weekly lawn maintenance and house cleaning, and video security services are included in the monthly price.
