There a view of the water from the porch swing, but you can be standing at the water's edge in about 200 yards.
The unit is a carriage house, attached to a storage only garage. The garage is not part of the rental space but will have access to a washer/dryer that are in the garage. The layout has vaulted ceiling and a newly remodeled Kitchen and Bathroom. The great room space is open concept with the kitchen/living room and dinette area in one. There are french doors that access the open courtyard with a swing and fire pit. Set up a cafe table and chairs on the deck to enjoy your morning coffee or have dinner as the sun sets with the prefect view. There are lighted decks connecting the parking area, all the way to the front door. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse the sand and salt off when returning from the beach. A Parking spot just steps away from the front door, in the alley behind the house. Only a single parking spot is available for the unit. The unit is furnished with a King sized bed, nightstands, dresser, couch, cafe table and chairs, pots, pans and utensils. Move in without the hassle of moving.
LEASE TERMS:
There is a one month security deposit and first months rent required before taking possession of the property. Pets, or smokers are not allowed. Interested renters must submit an application that will include a background and income verification check.
The lease includes Electric utilities, Gas Utilities for the tankless water heater, water, sewage and 2x per week garbage pick-up in the monthly lease costs. WiFi is NOT included - the apartment is wired for MediaOne and Consolidated, but you'll need to sign-up for your own service or use your own hotspot.

"A state Route runs through Mexico Beach, but traffic is rarely so heavy that you can’t cross the street to get to the beach. No traffic lights in town, but no issues with pulling out of neighborhoods onto the state Route. "

"The streets are quiet and wide, nice for walking a dog or two. Dogs are not permitted on the beaches in town, but just a couple miles down the road, you can walk your dog on a leash. "

"Mexico Beach is a small town with a big heart. The locals are friendly and outgoing and the businesses are run with interest and care. The old time atmosphere of peace, quiet, no rush, no problem is like stepping back sixty years in time. Only a short ride to Apalachicola, Panama City, Port. St. Joe for shopping and something different to see and do. "
