Kitchen has all appliances, plenty of cabinet space, a pantry and an area for a dining table. Large family room downstairs with pool table. Additional bathroom with shower downstairs. Extra large two car garage in rear. Additional parking on the lot. Laundry room with washer and dryer downstairs. A large fenced in front yard where pets can roam, and children can play safely. Ceiling fans in all rooms upstairs. Very nice neighborhood. Utilities NOT included. Bedford County water system. Non smoking inside the home. Small dogs only. Credit score 730 or better.

This is a one year lease. After one year the lease is month to month with a 60 day notice. The tenant is responsible for all utilities. Propane fireplace. The tanks are full and are required to be full when lease has ended. Nothing is allowed to be attached to the home, ie dish networks.
