All under 1 mile away. Highway 51 is a one minute drive. Driving: Airport 15 mins, The Biltmore 10 mins, Kierland Commons 17 mins, Old Town Scottsdale 20 mins.

The renter is responsible for utilities. Owner will be responsible for the pool and yard. Parking: 2-car garage with driveway and street parking. No smoking property. Small pets under 20 pounds accepted separate pet deposit of $300.
