Heat and water are included. AC provided through a remote controlled wall unit. On site washer and dryer. Off street parking with permit. On the bus line. Pet friendly on a case by case basis. NO SMOKERS. Some storage is available. If you want to live in a well managed, no nonsense, small apartment building with long term renters as neighbors, this is it.

NO SMOKERS. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. The lease is for 1 year but may be negotiable with a shorter term lease. Both furnished and non furnished units are available. The ideal applicant will have an income 3 times the monthly rent, a credit score of 600 or more, no evictions within the last 5 years, and great references from past landlords.
