About this House

Welcome home to 3035 Eastern Ave where you're perfectly situated across from the perennially green and wonderful Patterson Park. After a long week, come home to park in your rear parking pad and enjoy city living as it's meant to be! Grab a refreshment form your full sized stainless steel fridge and take a second to admire this new home. Edison bulbs softly glow above your new farmhouse sink wrapped in a gorgeous granite. 42in cherry cabinets tower above the subway tile backsplash providing plenty of storage for all your needs. Flip open the built in plantation blinds and let in the summer vibes! Once dinner is prepped, go set the full length 8 person table in your dining room and stroll across the magnificent hardwood floor, past the rustic exposed brick and unlock the front vestibule. Friends are coming over! Head upstairs past the hall bath and laundry and get ready in your huge owners suite. With 9ft ceilings, the large front windows can't help to let in views of the park- joggers and bikers are out, dog walkers and sports teams are enjoying the evening. When you're ready, head out to the rear deck and fire up your grill. From there you'll want to check out the roof deck to make sure all the plants are freshly watered and the chairs are arranged. Don't forget to bring up a bag of ice to fill the cooler and some fresh beach towels. Then you'll be ready to enjoy the setting sun and views of downtown from the convenience of your roof hot tub. If the weather isn't cooperating, you have a huge finished basement with a full height ceiling to spread out in. Just perfect for those cold wintery Ravens Game days. 3035 Eastern is a great place to live. Don't miss out on the opportunity to tour.

"My fiancé has lived here in the neighborhood for seven years and five years in this house. I’ve lived here for a year. There are lots of things that I love about Canton. People take care of their street facing yards by decorating with planters, patio furniture, and other city favorites. On my block, we’ve had block parties, backyard cookouts, Sunday football, and happy hour with our neighbors. We look out for each other and help whenever needed. Sometimes that includes getting each other’s mail from the stoop and sometimes it means letting a neighbor look at your street cam footage. The added bonus is that we are part of a social sports league and a fantasy football league with a few of our neighbors. "
  • jenniferaleah

  • Ryan L.
"It's the only area in Baltimore city that has a target and a grocery store. It's clean, safe, convenient. Brewer's Hill is full of young professionals. "
