Only accepted applications will be charged $50/adult paid at lease signing. Tenants must view inside house before applying. Move in costs are typically 1st month prorated (divide total rent by 30; multiply by # of days of occupancy), security deposit one month rent, and a one time $300 lease fee & $50/application fee. Application fee is only charged upon acceptance. No fees are charged up front and declined applicants not charged. A $60 admin fee will be added to the monthly advertised rent.**
