This is a 55+ retirement community.
 Very cozy retirement condo (clean and ready for a new occupant. It is centrally located between Arcadia, Scottsdale, and the Biltmore. This is a second floor unit with the laundry room down the hall. Parking is covered. ** Preferred method of communication is thru Zillow or texts. My email is available upon request. Only one application is processed at a time there is no charge to apply. Only accepted applications will be charged $50/adult paid at lease signing. Tenants must view inside house before applying. Move in costs are typically 1st month prorated (divide total rent by 30; multiply by # of days of occupancy), security deposit one month rent, and a one time $300 lease fee & $50/application fee. Application fee is only charged upon acceptance. No fees are charged up front and declined applicants not charged. A $60 admin fee will be added to the monthly advertised rent.**

Only one application is processed at a time. Zillow applications are not accepted; we have our own. Text or Zillow message me to request an online or PDF print application. Full name, phone number, and emails for all adults are required for the online application. Tenants must see inside the property before applying. A $60 admin fee will be added to the monthly advertised rent. There are no other monthly rent costs other than advertised Base Rent and online fee.

    "There are a few hiking spots close by, there is a nice running trail that runs alongside the canal and Camelback Rd. Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."

    "Dogs are everywhere and most people are good dog owners. Every once in a while, someone will have their dog off leash that is not well-trained enough. But it’s rare. Also, at times there are coyotes about. Most of the time they run. Away from people, but I imagine owners with small dogs might feel a bit nervous to see one. "
