PET SCREENING FEE: (dogs, cats, size restrictions, limited to 1 or up to 2) Pets once approved require a $100 pet acceptance fee, and a $25 monthly pet fee. Pet screening is required for all tenants. Tenants with NO pets will need to setup a profile through a pet screening account to verify they have NO pets for no additional costs. Pet screenings are $20 for the first pet and $15 for additional pets, and service/companion animal registration is free.

RENT PAYMENT OPTIONS: All rent payments are required to be made online through the tenant portal. There is no fee for paying rent via the Tenant Portal. In addition, tenants may pay rent at a PayNearMe retail cash location for a small convenience fee.
