Hi, I have a rather large 3 Bedroom house available for rent. The kitchen and bathroom have been refurbished with brand new cabinets and countertops in the kitchen and new tub, sink and toilet in the bathroom. LVT flooring throughout.... super easy to keep clean. Has a full basement with a new water heater and a Central Air, newer furnace. I don't think the basement is totally dry.
