_________
1 bedroom 1 bathroom new build with vintage charm.
Enjoy hardwood flooring, lots of natural lighting, bay laurel wood countertops, vintage bathroom features and a front yard ready for planting (if you so desire)!
Cats and dogs welcome (as long as they aren't big barkers).
This unit is the downstairs of a 2-unit house that was built last year with extra sound-dampening between floors so you won't feel like you're living under a bowling alley.
It sits on a community property that has another home on it, with 4 roommates including a couple who are the landlords. Everyone is between 25-40 and we often enjoy spending time together, so a potential bonus of living here is also becoming part of a community of friends.
The location is in Midtown Petaluma, which is a 5 minute walk to grocery stores, and only a 15 minute walk to downtown or walking trails.
Washer/dryer in unit, as well as heating and air conditioning. Utilities are a flat $125/month and include high speed internet. First month's rent plus one month security deposit.
Available March 10th but we are a tad flexible in either direction.
Washer/dryer in unit, as well as heating and air conditioning. Utilities are a flat $125/month (or $150 for 2 people) and include high speed internet. First month's rent plus one month security deposit.
