Our house comfortably sleeps 8 guests with 1 king size bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen size bed, and two twin sized beds. There is also a queen sized fold out sofa bed downstairs.
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove, Toaster, and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!

You have full and total access of our home during your stay. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked kitchen!

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Located just minutes from the freeway, this home has easy access to the major metropolitan areas of Dallas and Fort Worth.

We have exterior cameras on both the front door and over the driveway. These cameras record to the cloud 24/7.

Trash collection is every Tuesday and Friday (With recycling only on Tuesday), if your stay happens to fall on a Monday - Wednesday or a Thursday - Saturday then we would love it if you could put the garbage cans out on the street the night before and return them after they get emptied.

 We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.

**Please note
 Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Maximum lease duration 6 months. All utilities and yard/pool maintenance covered in the monthly rent.

No smoking or parties allowed.
