I have to leave my beautiful home due to the military. I am looking for an honest, responsible family to rent my home, and ask that it be treated as though it were their own. The rent is very fair in comparison to homes in Santee and El Cajon that don’t offer nearly what this home offers. Looking for long term leasers. This is a quiet community so that is an expectation; of course, the occasional party is ok, just not every weekend. I will have a property manager that will address issues that may come up that need to be fixed in a timely manner
