Close to the Biltmore and adjacent to Arcadia, the location is right in the middle of all the best restaurants and bars while also being in a family friendly neighborhood a few blocks from Los Olivos Park. This 3 bedroom/2 bath house features a large open kitchen, indoor laundry and storage, and a one car garage. The house has tile flooring which keeps it cool and great natural light. This house has the very elusive storage space, closets (2 walk ins, 1 in the living room, 2 in the hallway, 1 in a bedroom), and double sinks in the primary that are very hard to find in the area. The front yard is desert landscaping, the backyard has a large green lawn, and we pay for landscaping services. In the last 10 years we have replaced the roof, put in new electrical, got a new HVAC, and water heater. There is an outlet in the garage for electric vehicle charging. We have an outside facing door with a doggy door built in should you need it for your pup. We continue to update the house as needed to make life comfortable for our tenants. We are looking for clean, responsible renters to enjoy our home and the surrounding area. The neighborhood is very welcoming and has formed a nice community to be a part of.

This was our first home and we loved living in it and know you will too!

1 year lease then flexible from there. Tenant pays for utilities: water, electric, gas, sewer, phone, cable. Landlord pays for landscaping.

Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."

    "Dogs are everywhere and most people are good dog owners. Every once in a while, someone will have their dog off leash that is not well-trained enough. But it’s rare. Also, at times there are coyotes about. Most of the time they run. Away from people, but I imagine owners with small dogs might feel a bit nervous to see one. "
