Description
This property is not currently for sale or for rent on Trulia. The description and property data below may have been provided by a third party, the homeowner or public records.
This beautiful 1/1 Condo (unfurnished) on 3rd floor (top floor) is offered By Owner and is located in PBG in San Matera The Gardens Condominiums, a secure gated community with numerous lakes throughout the complex. The entire unit is tastefully painted. Bedroom, living room, and dining room have stunning wood laminate flooring. The kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom floors are tiled. Unit is conveniently located near the clubhouse which has many amenities including: large swimming pool, outdoor spa, tennis court, pickleball court, indoor racquetball court, billiards/pool table, exercise room, weights room, shower, sauna, steam room, reading room, & business center. Water/sewer and valet garbage removal are included in the rent. Free wireless internet is available at the pool/clubhouse areas. A full size washer and dryer are located in the condo. The unit also has a security alarm. San Matera is located in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens where you can walk to the Gardens Mall, Downtown At The Gardens, Legacy Place, Palm Beach State College, and to nearby restaurants & shops. Two Important Notes:1) San Matera requires a background check and you will not qualify for this rental if you have any criminal background, prior evictions, or you owe any previous landlord or apartment complex money. San Matera's Non-Refundable Application Processing Fee=$100. 2) This is a 3rd floor (top floor) unit which is great because there is no one that will be walking above you. However, there are no elevators in all 30 buildings at San Matera. I am mentioning this in case you have a mobility issue. Specifically, there are 16 steps to a landing (2nd floor), then 8 steps to a landing, and then 8 more steps to the 3rd floor. So, there are a total of 32 steps. Rent=$1600/month for a 6 1/2 Month Lease.Rent=$1100/month for a 1 Year Lease. Rent=$1050/month for a 2 Year Lease.Security Deposit Paid To Owner is equal to one month of lease term price. No Pets. Non-Smokers Only. See Property Description.
