    "It’s really quiet and peaceful and is really close to everything in Nashville. It’s 15 minutes from downtown, 20 to Brentwood, 10 to mount Juliet, 15 to Opry. And out of the three highways in town, I40 gets the least amount of traffic, we have the commuter train and there are backroads to most places you need to go."
