The spacious bedroom comes with heavy duty new mirror closet doors with tons of space inside. The bathroom also comes with a new marble vanity and a mirror doubling as a medicine cabinet.
Looking outside of the home, we are in a residential area where parking is not an issue. This unit has a small yard directly outside the front door. A small coffee table and some chairs would make for a charming outside nook for the spring and summer months.
Just a stone's throw away from vibrant Downtown Martinez, home to restaurants, breweries, and many local boutiques. The apartment is also within walking distance from a few hiking trails and Rankin Water Park for the warmer summer months.. Additionally, the apartment is conveniently located near Martinez Amtrak and the Martinez Waterfront Park.
