Description

Nestled between the Carquinez Strait shoreline and steps from Downtown Martinez a charming 1 BR apartment in a triplex is available.This is not a regular apartment but rather a home within a home. This unit consists of new luxury flooring and a wall heater to keep you warm in the winter months with a ceiling fan to keep you cool in the warmer months. The kitchen has been recently renovated, complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The spacious bedroom comes with heavy duty new mirror closet doors with tons of space inside. The bathroom also comes with a new marble vanity and a mirror doubling as a medicine cabinet.

Looking outside of the home, we are in a residential area where parking is not an issue. This unit has a small yard directly outside the front door. A small coffee table and some chairs would make for a charming outside nook for the spring and summer months.

Just a stone's throw away from vibrant Downtown Martinez, home to restaurants, breweries, and many local boutiques. The apartment is also within walking distance from a few hiking trails and Rankin Water Park for the warmer summer months.. Additionally, the apartment is conveniently located near Martinez Amtrak and the Martinez Waterfront Park.

Prescreen conditions:

Applicants must be a non-smoker.
Applicants must make three times (2.5x) rent in gross monthly income. For this property, the gross monthly income must be at least $5000.

Applicants may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords.
Applicants must have suitable credit history. Minimum credit score is 670.
Must show proof of income (Last 30 days of pay statements or other income)
A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18.
Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility.
Applicants' pets must not weigh more than 40 pounds.
We perform a credit check, criminal background check, employment verification and rental history verification on every applicant.

    "I work in Martinez about 6 minutes away by car and 37 minutes walking, soooooo it’s easy. Highway 4 East is often a nightmare but you can usually get to 680 without getting stuck as long as it’s not between noon and 5pm"
