About this House

Don't miss a chance to buy history in Gilbert. This home(the original part) was built in the town of Summit. It was owned by Dr. Crosson. It was moved to Gilbert many many decades ago and is said to be one of the oldest homes in Gilbert. It is on the corner of Hampton and Crosson Street, which was named after Dr. Crosson. In later years the back of the home was added on. The family was members of Gilbert Methodist church and many years ago when the church was remodeling ask to have the door and the white picket fence from the church. This remains the back door of the home and the fence around the home. This home and land runs the entire block so it goes from Hampton Street to Broad Street. The empty lot behind the home goes with the home. The home is being sold as is, at an as is price so that the right person could restore this home that has so much potential!!
