About this House

This is a mid to long-term furnished rental in a quiet Folly Beach spot with amazing marsh side views. The entire home is split into two side by side units. The right side unit is available for a long term lease (3 months minimum or longer). The left side is currently owner occupied.

It has a wonderful well lit feel, very clean and tastefully done. The first floor has a primary bedroom suite and a second bedroom also with its own bathroom. There is a screened porch off the primary bedroom where the views are spectacular.

Upstairs is a 425 sq ft loft. Currently there are 2 twin beds in the loft however the owners are wiling to furnish it (modestly) for the tenants. It would make a nice office space or possible movie viewing family room. We're open!

The unit includes washer and dryer, off street parking, a large storage shed and a pleasant front porch. The carport could be ideal for boat storage. The beach is a short walk from the house. Bonus: Ideal proximity to Center Street's restaurants and shops, close enough to walk yet far enough that you won't hear noise.

Please note there is a dock in back however it is in significant disrepair and will NOT be accessible to tenants for safety reasons.

The rent includes all needed utilities and basic internet service. Lawn maintenance is also provided as part of the lease.
