Room Description

I am looking for someone (preferably female) to take over my lease at the Standard for the months of July and August! I am leasing just one room (Unit B). It is a fully furnished 5bd/5ba apartment. The other rooms will be filled by my current roommates who will be in and out all summer! They are all female and super friendly!!

You will have access to all the amenities the Standard has to offer. Parking, pets, and any other extras must go through Landlord.

Rent is $1,010/month + utilities (~$50). Landlord approval required.

The lease ends August 31st but I am not resigning so there may be opportunity to extend further. Pets and parking permits must go through landlord.

    "The large homeless population and alleyways that they make their home really set this neighborhood apart. Beware of drug needles while walking barefoot through the park. "

    " Safety is the biggest issue here. It's not a good residential area. Too much construction for big-ticket items right now (NW Community Credit Union and soon a new high-rise student housing monster). Also, the chronic homeless have made camps in and around there. Needles and 211 beer cans everywhere. Not good for children, and ALWAYS keep doors locked. "
