Enjoy the spacious coziness with its vaulted ceilings, eucalyptus hardwood floors from local trees, and clawfoot tub for soaking away the day. Includes a front and back porch. The simple kitchen has everything you need with a cooktop stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer. There is also a washer and dryer on the side of the home. The bedroom has a brand new queen mattress with cotton bedding. Utilities Included (Water, Propane, Electricity, Trash and Wifi.
The couch is also quite comfortable to sleep on. There are ceiling fans and a portable A/C as well as a widow unit for the bedroom, to keep things cool in the summer, and a space heater for the winter. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults.
You are free to roam the grounds, across the creek as well, where the Meditation/Yoga Pergola is located along with Hammocks.
Other things to note: Landlord lives on the other side of 2.2 acres and currently maintains the property (travels often).
House comes furnished or unfurnished.
Deposit: 1 month rent
Pets are conditional (must meet in person) and add $50 to posted rental price and $100 to deposit. Lease agreement will begin "month to month", to ensure a good fit. 2 cars maximum ((extra vehicles are subject to additional charges).
No Smoking, Drugs, Barking and or aggressive dogs. No parties of Loud music.
Owner pays all utilities including water, gas, electricity, trash, wifi (potentially 300.00 savings). No parties, no drugs, no smoking, excessive guest visits and stays, no excessive barking dogs, no aggressive and or untrained pottie break pets. ONLY SEPTIC SAFE TOILET PAPER is permitted in toilet. NO FEMININE PRODUCTS ARE TO BE FLUSHED DOWN TOILET. Tenant agrees to pay for full service for plumber if this occurs.
