    "I’ve lived here 30 years. I have some good neighbors. The neighborhood is diverse, and most residents own their homes. I walk my dogs in the area. Lake Waco, the dam hike and bike trail, Cameron Park, the Mammoth National Monument, and the airport are all within a few blocks or a short drive. Trees!"
