Description

The loft cottage is is a a large living area with a kitchenette and full bathroom (with shower stall). There's a daybed, small seating area and table for eating or working. The kitchenette is small but well-stocked for light food prep. There's a induction burner and microwave, bar fridge and bar sink as well as lots of utensils and enough dishes for one. There's also a kettle, single cup coffee maker, French press, The bathroom has a shower stall.

It's up a flight of stairs and has plenty of storage with a double-closet that goes along one whole side of the studio.

The laundry in the garage is shared with the main cottage in the front (has a separate entrance).

This cottage would work well for one person. Please inquire about pets. Our pet fee rate is monthly (not a deposit or one-time fee).

We furnished with care (some local rentals can be a mish-mash of things). There's a TV and wifi for you to watch your favorite shows with your streaming subscriptions. There's no dishwasher.

It's close to local hospitals and Sequoia park as well as groceries and cafes.

There is a pet fee of $100 per month. A small dog ok and a cat will be considered - speak to host first.

Please note we do not do tours and require a rental report. If we have not already been in touch through a different platform, please contact us before doing a rental application.

Shared laundry and utilities, wi-fi and gardening included. This rental is for up to 3 months only.
