Wonderfully convenient location south of I-10. This home is a beauty. Located on a large (.36 acre) corner lot it has huge back and side yards! The floorplan features 3 bedrooms and two full baths on the first floor with a large loft area upstairs that present owners use as a den. There is also a large great room with gas fireplace on the first floor. Lovely dining area with lots of trim detailing. Most of the flooring except for the bedrooms is tile and bamboo wood flooring. Great kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances. Love the gas range. Nice sized pantry as well as lots of cabinets. Sellers are leaving all appliances to include refrigerator and washer and dryer. Brand new HVAC in 2014!! All bedrooms have crown moulding and entire home has been freshly painted!

It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is.
