11 or 12 month lease preferred (ideal for visiting faculty, medical residents/fellows, or professionals relocating to Madison). Start date flexible, with availability aligned with UW academic and medical schedules (mid-June to early July preferred).

Fully furnished home. Owner will retain a small portion of basement storage for personal items; remainder of home fully available to tenant.

    "We have lived in this area for 28 years and could not be happier with the Walnut Grove community. This community is about one mile from West Towne Mall with its numerous shops and restaurants. There is an excellent grocery store at West Towne. There are over 40 restaurants within a mile of our residence. A major movie multiplex is located about 1.5 miles from our house. There is little street traffic in the neighborhood so road noise is minimal. A park is located within two blocks of our house. Schools are good and crime is almost non-existent. Biking routes are numerous in Madison and in the Walnut Grove neighborhood. Finally homes are very fairly priced in this neighborhood. There is great value here as compared to many Madison neighborhoods. "
