Bedford Heights is a great school. The teachers care, the administrators are responsive, and the parents are involved.We love the Spanish Immersion program, although we wish that the teachers truly spoke no English to the students and required the students to use Spanish with each other in the classroom, neither of which is the case. We transferred in from a Spanish Immersion school, so perhaps our interpretation of the word “immersion” is different.We also wish there was more physical activity incorporated into the day. One solitary 30 minute recess just is not enough for children to get adequate physical activity, especially when PE class is on a rotation and not every day (and what’s up with that?!). We wish there was no assigned seating at lunch. We wish more kids would walk home from school so our kids weren’t walking by themselves. Remember when all kids walked home?! What happened?!Otherwise, an excellent neighborhood school. Parents in the area should feel fortunate to have the opportunity to send their kids to a school like this.

I'm going to be honest i love this school so much everyone is very helpful and the counselors are very nice and especially the principle and the assistant principle Ms.Greg she is amazing and always helpful to everyone i love her alot ,i was a student in 2024-2025 in 7th grade but this year im doing online school but i am planning to go back because this school teaches everything very good and clearly and when you get confused they always help you and it's very good and also the food isn't bad as compared to other schools i've seen the food is pretty good and just needs some more flavor then it will be good.

Great school and the faculty seems to genuinely care. They could be more open to supporting all cultures by organizing a culture month and allow the students to display their cultures. Also Their sports department has come a long way in a short period of time. Wishing the Bell program nothing but success.
