The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, glass privacy windows for tons of natural light, retro tile on the flooring, and plenty of storage space! Equip with refrigerator, and gas stove.

Large bedroom with plenty of natural light and spacious closet. Coin operated laundry on site.

Utilities: Includes electric, water/sewer, gas, garbage & WiFi
Security Deposit - $1200

Additional Fees:
- $100 one-time administrative leasing fee
- $5.00 per month technology convenience fee
- Renters insurance required, or landlord liability insurance is assessed at $10.50/month + 4.50 admin fee. Group policy available for purchase through Tenant Portal, prices vary depending on coverage. Property is managed by a responsible landlord using AppFolio software.
