Local public schools better than most on island. Rush hour traffic bad, but manageable. Oahu swim & tennis club 5 blocks away. Lovely views of Koko Crater, valleys. Rain showers semi-frequent. At edge of Tsunami risk area. Maybe 15-feet above water level. "
