About this House

Charming Craftsman. Three bedrooms with four beds. Hardwood floors. The yard is being converted into a garden. The zoning is Downtown-B, allowing for Professional Offices, Clinics and Small Mixed Use Opportunities. This information is according to historical allowed uses, Buyer shall be responsible for their own due diligence. But as a turnkey setup, this fully furnished home is going to be ideal for travel nurses, small families, and folks with new jobs. It's move-in ready when you're ready.

This home has been well cared for and maintained with pride in its ownership. Also, there's a writer's retreat behind the house, but it's separated by a fence (no shared space and no shared entries). Also, flexible on lease terms; at least a few months, but 12+ months is great too. At my last property, I had tenants that stayed for over 6 years, and I never increased the rent on them. Keep the house well cared for, pay on time, and that's one way you'll be rewarded.

I'm flexible on a time to meet. Just reach out, and I'll get you in for a tour. The house might be occupied by Airbnb guests, so please reach out to me before going to the house.

I'm flexible on lease terms. 3+ months. 6-12 months is good too. If you have really specific dates in mind, I can work with you. I'll do all the yard maintenance and snow shoveling. I pay for all the secondary utilities like water, trash, recycling, sewer, etc. But you'll be responsible for gas and electricity. Fortunately, it's a small house, so bills are minimal. There's also an ADU (guest house) in the back (separated by a fence). The buildings are on the same account, so I charge by square footage (this gives you a healthy discount). And there's no AC or central heat in the rear building, so the energy demand from the ADU is uniquely low.
