One parking spot in parking lot (2nd vehicle to be Okayed my manager). Entryway shared with 4 apartments, mailboxes and upstairs storage room (one storage unit for #8). 3 minute walk to Excelsior commons. 5 minute walk to BP gas station. 7 minute walk to Starbucks, and Kowalskis.
