"ticks, lots of ticks. and frogs, bugs, you must learn how to properly remove ticks or risk infection. also larger animals wander thru cougar, bear, deer, etc"

"Beautiful town close to downtown Hopkins. Nice size .4 acre plots. Old neighborhood with mature trees. This neighborhood looks very nice in fall and spring. We get to see deers, coyotes , turtles and many other wild animals all the time.."

"It is an apartment community but I have not been able to attend any of the community events. There have been morning grab and go breakfasts, some events around Halloween and that is all I am aware of."

"Not too much, it is an apartment community. There is only one restaurant and gas station nearby. You pretty much have to drive everywhere. The grounds are kept up and it is pretty around here and central to much of the cities."
