No outside storage unless okayed by management.
One year lease is standard but we are happy to find a tenant immediately, upon your 60 day notice (if you would like us to), and let you out of your contract early when they confirm taking over.
Tenants are not allowed to make alterations to the unit in any way however, if you would like something changed, management is open to making it happen for you.
Please read and understand the entire lease before you sign agreeing to it.
