Nice kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Washer and dryer is also included.

This property is privately owned and managed. We actually live in the same neighborhood.

I only accept Zillow applications. Applicants must have verifiable income of at least 3x rent and no evictions. $2,100 a month and $2,100 deposit will be due to move in. We could possibly accept pets with a $500 non refundable one time pet fee. 2 pets max.
