Large kitchen with large kitchen island with quartz counter tops. All appliances included: refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, wall oven, microwave, washer and dryer.

Large great room with endless possibilities.

Separate dinning room.

Large primary bedroom, with HUGE walk in shower and 2 HUGE walk in closets. Bathroom has a separate water closet.

Bedroom as you first enter the home has an ensuite as well, including another HUGE walk in closet.

2 additional bedrooms share a bathroom with guests. Linen closet in the hallway.

Off the kitchen is a utility area including a large pantry, utility room, coat closet, drop zone and large laundry room. The 3 car garage is also accessed through this area.

8'X8' sliding patio door, that provides access to the screen porch and the back yard.

Community offers a club house with pool tables, shuffleboard, pool, pickleball courts and fitness center. Trash and lawncare is also provided.

Home has a tankless water heater and gas heat and central AC.
