Consideration will be given if employed by Fortune 500 company or major Austin area employer that screens its employees. You need to have a job. You can't have a criminal arrest history. This property does not participate in Section 8. You have to have income that is enough to pay the rent on time, utilities and your other bills. Minimum documentable gross annual household income for this property is $75k. If unmarried couple, each must have this minimum level of income.
