Beautifully furnished and very well-equipped spacious apartment in 115 y/o home just 15 minutes from downtown, the Clifton/UC and west side medical facilities (UC, Christ, Veterans, Children's, Good Sam, Mercy West). On bus line. Bedroom has a queen bed, the office has a full-bed futon. Private entrance, two (!) private balconies, assigned garage space, shared (free) laundry, shared yard. Residential neighborhood but short walk to several locally owned restaurants, a brewery, coffee shops, library, YMCA and other fun spots. Smoke free, pet free. rent includes all utilities and wifi. Deposit $1000. Garage has car charger (If you want to use we'll discuss electric bill). Available for 30+ stays only. I do everything I can to make sure all my residents feel safe. Because this is a duplex with shared spaces (laundry, garage) every adult must pass a background check. Contact me for link to video tour. I'm a life-long Cincinnatian and former tour guide - I love meeting people from around the world and introducing them to Cincinnati.
