Lawn & Landscaping: Tenant is responsible for routine lawn care and maintaining the landscaping throughout the lease term. This includes regular mowing, edging, watering, and general upkeep. Failure to properly maintain the lawn and landscaping may result in additional charges as permitted by the lease.
Routine Home Maintenance: Tenant is responsible for normal day-to-day care and upkeep of the home, including keeping the property clean and properly maintained.
Maintenance & Repairs: Any significant maintenance issue, damage, leak, malfunction, or condition requiring owner attention must be reported to the owners promptly and no later than two business days after it is discovered. Emergency conditions, including active water leaks or situations that could cause immediate damage to the property, must be reported immediately.
Property Care: Tenant is expected to maintain the home, furnishings, appliances, yard, and other provided property in good condition throughout the lease term, excluding normal wear and tear.
